This hand-crafted foraging bag is the perfect accessory for a keen forager.
Designed for hands-free gathering of wild ingredients whilst out on your adventures, it features a handy detachable foraging bag which can be worn on your belt. When not in use, the bag folds away nicely and attaches back to the belt with two sturdy poppers.
Hand-crafted from classic British wax cotton and pure vegetable tanned leather by our dear friend Claire at Fieldware Co. down in Somerset. We have been working with Fieldware since we started The Salt Box, they also make our beautiful wax cotton aprons and fire-lighting pouches.
Material and Dimensions:
The foraging bag is made from waxed cotton and measures 25 x 28cm when open. When closed and rolled up, it measures 10 x 10 x 2.5cm. The leather belt loop allows for a belt up to 10cm wide.
Featuring our signature Salt Box flame debossed and a Copper branded Fieldware button, which guarantees an original Fieldware Co product.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted so sizing may differ very slightly.
Care Details:
Our waxed cotton is tough stuff, it will naturally weather with age and still look great years from now. Simply wipe off any dirt with a sponge and cold water. Treat with a little reproofing wax now and then, to keep it in tip top condition.
Don’t forget waxed cotton doesn’t like washing machines, tumble dryers or irons. If hand washing, ensure it dries naturally.
