Vouchers are eligible for 18 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

When purchasing a Gift Voucher, you can choose to have an Email Voucher delivered via email, or receive a Hand-Printed Voucher in the post.

Yes, we do offer gift vouchers, which are available to purchase online here.

 

When purchasing a Gift Voucher, you can choose to have your voucher delivered via email, or via post. 

 

All of our gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of payment. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

All our Gift Vouchers can be used to either book our events and courses, or to purchase items within our Online Shop.
 

If using your vouchers to redeem an Event, within the Booking Form, there is section that asks ‘Do you have a Promo Code?’ – you’ll need to click on this and a new box will open where you can add your voucher code.  

Once you’ve added the voucher, if applicable you’ll be able to pay for any remaining value through the booking system.

Please note you’re also able to use multiple vouchers per booking.

Please note the voucher expiry date stated is the date by which an event has to have been booked by, not the date by which an event has to have been attended.

 

Gift Vouchers issued prior to March 2020 (pre-pandemic) were originally issued with a validity of 12 months. Due to the pandemic and our business being closed, we further extended these vouchers by a further 6 months to provide recipients with the opportunity to redeem the vouchers, either against an event with us or to purchase items on our online shop.  (Please get in touch if you are unsure what your revised expiry date may be.)

 

If you were unable to redeem your voucher and get in touch within 3-months from the expiry date, our team will be happy to assist in providing a revised voucher for a £10 fee per voucher, with a further validity of 30 days from date of issue.

 

If you were unable to redeem your voucher and get in touch over 3 months from the expiry date, we are regrettably unable to further extend. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, whilst we appreciate it may have been a little more challenging to redeem vouchers over the past 24 months, we have hosted just over 130 events during this period, therefore feel there have been adequate opportunities to join us beneath the trees, with our Online Shop also remaining open for purchases throughout.
