Nurture your mind, body and soul in the heart of leafy Surrey, where you’ll find a healing space in nature to enjoy a rejuvenating yoga practice and a well-deserved seasonal meal.
Recharge in the Great Outdoors
Our practice will be guided by the lovely Louise from Metta Bhavana Yoga & Wellness, offering a harmonising session that balances your mind, body, and spirit. We will conclude with a tranquil savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
After our yoga practice, we will gather on our mats and enjoy a cup of wild tea followed by a locally and seasonally inspired vegetarian brunch. You’ll have the chance to enjoy our beautiful surroundings before heading home, in our beautiful woodland glen far from life’s frantic pace.

Further Details

Our Woodland Venue
You’ll find us on the Priory Farm Estate in the village of South Nutfield in Surrey. Our woodland glen is a 5 minute walk (uphill) from our barn, where we gather before our day in the woods begins.
Beneath the trees, you’ll find our tipi and wooden shelter to keep us dry in the event of wet weather.

Who is it suitable for?
Our yoga workshops are suitable for all, with Louise's teaching methods beginner friendly.
This workshop is suitable for guests aged 14+.
For our Woodland Yoga experiences, please note our menus are Vegetarian. Gluten free options available upon request.
