Wild Fitness, Food & Fire

Nurture your mind, body and soul on our wild fitness and food experience, deep in the woods in leafy Surrey.

Friday 16th June 2023

Day Retreat in collaboration with

Wildfitness, the movers and shakers that have been transforming lives through movement since 2001.

Spend a day beneath the trees

Nestled within our secluded woodland glen on the Priory Farm Estate in Nutfield, wind down for a day of wildly inspired activities to nurture the mind, body and soul, in collaboration with Wildfitness.

Beneath the trees, you’ll find a healing and supportive space in nature to recharge in the great outdoors.

We are located a 35 minute train from Central London (nearest station is Redhill), just off Junction 8 on the M25, or 20 minutes from London Gatwick Airport. We have ample parking available.

At our venue, you’ll find our woodland shelter and teepee, so our experiences can take place come rain or shine!

Treat your mind and body to a wild movement session

Join Hannah and the team from Wildfitness to learn the art of generalisation, the power of play and how to move with grace, intensity and joy.

Spend the day not only reconnecting with yourself but also the world around you as you learn to use nature as your gym and come to understand your true uninhibited natural potential.

Wildfitness, put simply, is the practice of listening to your body and mind and responding to your instinctual needs to move naturally, for deep relaxation and for unprocessed food. This philosophy is as powerful as it is simple and has the potential to change your life.

This experience includes two sessions run by Wildfitness CEO Hannah Beadle – one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Enjoy seasonal & wild food, cooked over the flames

As part of the day we’ll take a gentle meander through the estate, gathering a selection of wild ingredients on a Foraging Walk as we introduce you to the tasty morsels that nature’s larder has to offer.

For lunch, you’ll enjoy a locally and seasonally inspired vegetarian meal, served in traditional-style Tiffin tins.

In the afternoon, our team will introduce you to a medley of fire cookery methods in our Cookery Workshop, covering the key skills you need to turn a selection of seasonal vegetables and wild ingredients into a veritable vegetarian feast over fire. Together, we’ll conjure up a selection of dishes to enjoy around our shared dining table for supper.

So much hard work and love goes into raising this beautiful produce from the soil to the plate, so we’ll cover making the most of all parts of our vegetables, from root to fruit, ensuring nothing goes to waste!

To round off the day we will finish with our very own homemade seasonal marshmallows, toasted over our burning embers as a little pick me up before heading back home.
