Spa and Foraging Experience
Join us at the incredible Beaverbrook Hotel and Spa for a brand new collaboration for 2023, combining the wonderful world of wild food with a nurturing spa experience.
Lunch at The Coach House
We’ll start the day at the Beaverbrook Coach House Deli, where you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch, from super-food salads and cold pressed juices to sweet treats and a delicious variety of flatbreads baked in a traditional stone pizza oven.
The menu at The Coach House Deli changes daily but always features fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are picked that very morning from their kitchen gardens.
We’ll then head out to explore the beautiful Beaverbrook Estate, where we will lead you on a foraging walk as we meander through fields and woodlands, exploring ingredients and focusing on not only what is seasonally available, but also delicious too!
Guiding you through tips on harvesting, correct identification and possible look-alikes, we will also cover how to keep foraging safe and sustainable. This walk is designed for those at the start of their wild food journey, with a focus on how you can start to feature seasonal wilds in your cooking. We’ll provide recipe ideas and tips, as well as a digital foraging guide on everything we cover throughout the walk.
Relax at the Spa
Following the walk, the experience includes an afternoon at the Beaverbrook Spa, where you can discover the healing atmosphere of their nurturing spa, designed with nature at its core by highly acclaimed contemporary artist, Brian Clarke.
A vibrant, enchanting place where dappled iridescent light from canopies of stained-glass ceilings dance on ceramic tiled walls, creating a radiant, colour-drenched indoor paradise designed to soothe the senses.
Take a dip, recline by the pool taking in the breathtaking views of the Surrey Hills, or enjoy the Jacuzzi, steam room with 100% humidity, sauna or ice fountain.
