For us, food is for sharing and should always be at the heart of a memorable event.

The perfect way to get your guests to mingle and be merry, our sharing feasts create a family-style dining experience with a selection of sharing platters delivered to the table. All of our platters celebrate both seasonal and local ingredients.

To start

COAL BAKED CARROT HUMMUS w/ feta, pickled ginger (wild garlic seed capers if in season) and toasted pumpkin seeds
CELERIAC PAKORA w/ curried slaw and burnt apple and cumin ketchup
VENISON PASTRAMI w/ maple and dill pickled cucumber


PIG CHEEK RILLETTE w/ celeriac and apple salad, nduja mayo
PIGEON SALTIMBOCCA w/ charred purple sprouting broccoli, nettle & anchovy green sauce, crispy capers and sour dough croutons
PULLED MUTTON SHOULDER w/ lemon and slow roast garlic mayo pickled red cabbage slaw and toasted corn bread


SMOKED MACKEREL, CHILLI AND FENNEL SEED PATE w/ seaweed crackers and green sweet chilli
ALE CURED TROUT w/ chicory and orange salad pickled/fermented celeriac puree and crisp breads
PAN SEARED SCALLOPS W/ nduja, charred pickled blood orange salad and salt & pepper kale


TRENCHMORE FARM WHEAT BERRY SALAD w/ charred leek, purple sprouting broccoli and mustard vinaigrette
HARRISSA ROAST CARROTS w/ chickpea, lemon and tahini salad
CRISPY JACKFRUIT w/ chilli jam, pink onions and rye toast

For afters

CHOCOLATE STOUT BROWNIE SUNDAE w/ vanilla and chocolate ice cream, sticky toffee sauce and either beerscotti or caramel waffle wafer
RHUBARB BAKEWELL IN A JAR w/ almond sponge, orange and honey roast rhubarb, toasted almonds, meringue doo dahs
TOASTED PISTACHIO SPONGE w/ blood orange curd, toasted pistachios and charred orange

Shared dining is available for 12+ diners. Pricing varies depending on the number of platters selected.
