The menus are always innovative, locally sourced, and thoroughly delicious. They have a knack of ensuring their events are social, fun and interesting. Christians menus are always exciting , his chef ability is incredible, and he is always happy to share his extensive knowledge. Everything is cooked over an open fire which encourages a social atmosphere, and Beckie is the most fabulous host with a strong attention to lovely details. Together they will make your event something very special. I can’t rate them highly enough, and feel very lucky to have found them. “

“What a lovely way to learn a new cooking skill and enjoy a wonderful meal. The hosts gave an excellent workshop on how to make quick pickles and we then had fun creating our own combinations. A perfect idea for cost effective gifts that are healthy and unique. After our making session, we were then served a glorious lunch of tender pork belly, fantastic sprout slaw – even the sprout haters loved it! and naturally, a range of pickles. All set in a lovely barn in the Sussex countryside. “
