Family Pasta Workshop

Join us for a fun, creative and educational hands-on workshop perfect for your and your budding young chefs!


Simple ingredients and little bit of love is all you need to make your own perfect pasta dough. During our pasta course, we will share the secrets to making one of the most popular foods in the world, equipping you with the confidence and the skills to create a selection of delicious pasta dishes as a family in your own home.


We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, as well as learn how to make a seasonal filling. We’ll also demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle, which we’ll pair with a delicious ragu.


Once you’ve cracked it, fresh pasta is super easy to make and even easier to eat. The session will end with a meal enjoyed around our shared dining table, with a selection of your freshly made pasta on the menu, of course! This step-by-step class is aimed at families who are keen to learn together how to make a variety of types of fresh pasta and sauces. No previous experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a willingness to work alongside other like-minded individuals.



    • 2.5 Hour pasta-making class for two (one adult, one child) with a combination of demonstrations and hands-on tutoring

Who is this course suitable for?

The pasta course  is suitable for children aged from 6+. Please note there is a maximum of 2 children per adult. Please note that adults accompanying children are fully responsible for their children throughout the workshop.

To help prevent unnecessary single-use plastic, please bring a couple of containers to take your home-made pasta home with you.

  • The pasta course will take place indoors at our new barn on the Priory Farm Estate in South Nutfield.
  • We will have limited capability to cater for dietary requirements without advance warning, due to the nature of the event, so please let us know about anything relevant prior to booking your tickets. We can cater for vegetarians. For this course, we are not able to accomodate gluten free/coeliac or dairy free diets.
