Prepared by our team from the finest locally and seasonally inspired produce, your picnic hamper will include a selection of delights celebrating the finest & freshest seafood and fish from British shores.
Enjoy a bottle of Albury Vineyard Classic Cuvee, our favourite local sparkling wine, whilst enjoying an al-fresco acoustic set by the very talented Rebecca Riedtmann and Tom Moth. Rebecca Riedtmann writes and plays enchanting Americana and soulful blues, performed with a smokey delivery. She is joined by the unique harp playing of Tom Moth from the world-conquering Florence + The Machine. Together they combine to create an atmospheric duo performing a mix of familiar and original songs in their own magical style.
Once your picnics have been served, you are free to spend the evening with us in our tranquil setting, and when it is time to head home stroll back to the car park (gates close at 10:00pm).

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
There are no vegetarian options available for this event.
Our menus are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters with a strong focus on seasonally and locally inspired ingredients, including wild and foraged foods sourced from nature’s larder.
Due to the nature of our events and in order to uphold high-quality standards we are only able to accommodate limited dietary requests at our dining events and cookery courses. Our dining events are intimate affairs with small groups, centred around a set menu lovingly prepared in our remote woodland kitchen by our small kitchen team, therefore preparing a separate menu to cater for dietary needs is not always possible.
Dietary needs must always have been communicated and approved prior to booking your seat at our table, and must be advised to our team no later than 7 days prior to the event so that our chef’s can make the necessary arrangements.
please note
Please bring your own picnic blankets as seating is not provided.
Social distancing, enhanced hygiene measures, specific risk assessments and careful management of our team are just a few of the measures we are taking. You can find out more about our policy and measures here. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Arrival times will be staggered, to ensure a relaxing experience with plenty of space for our guests and our team.
In accordance with social distancing regulations, each picnic spot will be spaced at least 2 metres apart.
We invite you to come in groups who are comfortable with eating together. As per current government guidelines, outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any 2 households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most 6 people from any number of households.
Our Picnic hampers are based on a minimum of 2 adults.
The menu will be portioned according to the number of people in the booking, please note the menu is designed for sharing.
Under 5’s go free if not eating, please be sure to purchase a ticket for any child who will be eating. You are also welcome to bring additional snacks for babies and toddlers. Children under 12 will receive a half portion of food.
The event will be run by our small team, who will be wearing face masks and maintaining at least a 1 metre distance from our guests.
Our picnic spot is a 5 minute walk from our Parking area. Toilet facilities are available a 5 minute walk from the picnic spot.
Instructions on how to find us and where to park, will be sent to you at least 72 hours prior to the event via email.
The event will take place outside. The event will only be postponed in the event of extremely wet weather. Please note tickets to our picnic events are non-refundable, however if an event is cancelled due to extremely wet weather, your ticket will be transferable to be redeemed against any event in our diary within the following 6 months.
PLEASE NOTE
We really hope to be able to release further tickets to all of our 2021 events, once we have a better indication of what ongoing COVID-19 restrictions may be in place for us all. For the meantime, if an event is showing as fully booked, please add your name to our Waiting List, and we’ll be sure to get in touch if any further tickets are made available.
Please note that due to the additional COVID-19 restrictions in place, tickets to our events and courses are currently only available for a minimum of 2 guests per booking. At our courses, each booking group (2+) will share a fire-pit and cookery station, to ensure social distancing between all guests. This will be reviewed as and when government guidelines are revised.
