Simple ingredients and little bit of love is all you need to make your own perfect pasta dough. During our pasta course, we will share the secrets to making one of the most popular foods in the world, equipping you with the confidence and the skills to create a selection of delicious pasta dishes as a family in your own home.
We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, as well as learn how to make a seasonal filling. We’ll also demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle.
Once you’ve cracked it, fresh pasta is super easy to make and even easier to eat. The session will end with a meal enjoyed around our shared dining table, with freshly made pasta on the menu, of course!
