During our pasta course, we will share the secrets to making one of the most popular foods in the world, equipping you with the confidence and the skills to create a selection of delicious pasta dishes in your own home.
We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll then get stuck in making gnocchi, our favourite comfort food, which we’ll pair with a hearty ragu! Whilst you’re enjoying a taste of your gnocchi, we’ll demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle. We’ll then roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, a filled pasta.

 

Using the best seasonal produce, we’ll also create a number of seasonal sauces to accompany our freshly made pasta, which we’ll enjoy together throughout our session around our dining table, alongside a glass of wine or local beer.

Who is this course designed for?

No previous experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a willingness to work alongside other like-minded individuals. All necessary ingredients and equipment are provided.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

For this course, we are not able to accomodate gluten free/coeliac or dairy free diets.

Please note we have limited capability to cater for all dietary requirements without advance warning, due to the set menu nature of our events. We cannot always provide alternative options, therefore please let us know about anything relevant prior to booking your tickets, a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. In the event that we are unable to cater for your requirements and you have already booked a ticket, you will be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
