We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll then get stuck in making gnocchi, our favourite comfort food, which we’ll pair with a hearty ragu! Whilst you’re enjoying a taste of your gnocchi, we’ll demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle. We’ll then roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, a filled pasta.
Using the best seasonal produce, we’ll also create a number of seasonal sauces to accompany our freshly made pasta, which we’ll enjoy together throughout our session around our dining table, alongside a glass of wine or local beer.
