Join us in the woods for a collaboration with Georgie Oldfield aka GLO Yoga Sussex, combining yoga and food for a glorious afternoon beneath the trees

Nestled within our secluded woodland glen on the Priory Farm Estate in Nutfield, wind down and stretch out your weekend with yoga and a well earned brunch in the great outdoors.

We’ll welcome the afternoon with Georgie from GLO Yoga Sussex, who will lead a harmonising practice to balance mind, body and spirit under the canopy of the trees and the beautiful natural light. Join us for this empowering and harmonising Spiritual Warrior practice, in the heart of the forest at Priory Farm. Most yogis are familiar with the Warrior poses – Virabhadrasana I, II and III – but did you know that they are derived from the ancient story of Shiva and Shakti – two gods who are constantly falling in and out of love. Georgie will take you on a journey of Yogic philosophy and beautiful slow flow, taking time to really look at these key asanas and their many variations. We will use breathwork and meditation practices to connect to the spiritual warrior within us all.

We’ll then gather on our yoga mats for a cup of wild tea, followed by a locally and seasonally inspired vegetarian lunch, served in traditional-style Tiffin tins with a refreshing fruit juice. You’ll have plenty of time to soak up the beautiful surrounding woodland, before heading back down the hill home.

In the event of wet weather, we have a woodland shelter under which the yoga session and brunch can take place under.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Menu

Please note our Woodland Yoga & Brunch Menus are always Vegetarian.

Our menus are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters with a strong focus on seasonally and locally inspired ingredients, including wild and foraged foods sourced from nature’s larder.

Dietary Requirements

Due to the nature of our events and in order to uphold high-quality standards we cannot cater for all dietary requests at our dining events and cookery courses.

Our dining events are intimate affairs with small groups, centred around a set menu lovingly prepared in our remote woodland kitchen by our small kitchen team, therefore preparing a separate menu to cater for dietary needs is not always possible.

Dietary needs must always have been communicated and approved prior to booking your seat at our table, and must be advised to our team no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Please Note

The menu will be suitable for Vegetarians.

Please bring your own yoga mat, no mats will be available to borrow.

For our Refund Policy, please view our Terms and Conditions.
