The Salt Box at the Local Food Britain Countryside Food Festival 2019

Join The Salt Box for a Family Wood-Fire Cookery Workshop at the Local Food Britain Countryside Food Festival

Saturday 14th September 2019

Join us for a family cookery workshop, where we’ll be celebrating locally sourced and wild ingredients, cooked over our open-fire kitchen.

Get a taster of the art of cooking with fire and smoke, learning how to make our signature flatbreads with wild game kebabs and seasonal veggies. After our hands-on cookery workshop, you’ll get the chance to enjoy the fruits of your labour around our shared dining tables.
