Beers and Buns
Join us for a relaxed day in our woodland kitchen for beers and buns fuelled by our fires.
Event Details
Beers and Buns begins with a gentle meander up to our woodland glen. Along the way, we will gather a selection of wild ingredients, introducing you to the tasty morsels that nature’s larder has to offer.
Once up in our woodland glen and primed with a bucket of our favourite local beers and ciders, you will tame the flames and cook up a selection of sliders and hotdogs guided by our fire kitchen crew.
The session will be a fun but casual affair of classic fire fodder – but we won’t be cooking up any old burgers!
As always there will be a heavy focus on wild and foraged ingredients, incorporating as much British wild game into our buns as possible. Each bun will be adorned with homemade pickles, preserves and sauces. All made in house by us throughout the year to create a snapshot of the seasons.
Although you will be cooking your own patties and dogs throughout the day, please note that all preparation will be done in advance by our kitchen team.

Beneath the trees, you’ll find our tipi and wooden shelter, which houses our kitchen and dining area. Throughout the seasons, we embrace the great outdoors in all its glory!
